and members of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee
on Railroads, Pipelines and Hazardous Materials for the opportunity to
testify on the reauthorization of the Department of Transportation`s (DOT)
hazardous materials safety program. My name is Robert Petrancosta, and
I am the Vice President of Safety for Con-way Freight, a trucking company
