Guangdong Macro Agreed to Set up JV
SHENZHEN, May 19, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Guangdong Macro Company Limited (SZSE: 000533), a home appliance maker based in Guangdong Province, China, said in a statement made on May 19 that it had got the final approval from the Chinese authorities to proceed with the establishment of the joint venture between its subsidiary Sunte Electrical Company Limited and Areva T&D Holding SA.
The joint venture will receive CNY 2 billion investment, with a registered capital of CNY 1.49 billion.
