SP Setia Bhd seems to have found the winning formula and has replicated it in its eco-themed Setia Eco Gardens development in Johor - recent winner in the Best Master Plan Development category at the International Real Estate Federation (Fiabci) Prix d'Excellence Award 2009.
SP Setia president and chief executive officer Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin said this is not the company's first Fiabci win nor its first best master plan development award.
