Huatai Securities to Fully Acquire Huatai Securities
NANJING, Jun 03, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Chinese broker Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. plans to fully acquire its domestic peer United Securities Co., Ltd. before the end of this year, said sources.
Huatai Securities was established in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province, in May 1991 and restructured itself into a limited liability company at the end of 2007.
