Xindadi Automobile Further Integrates Mudan Automobile

CHENGDU, Jun 17, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Chinese private carmaker Chengdu Xindadi Automobile Co., Ltd. lately announced that it would inject a series of new products into Mudan Automobile Shares Co. Ltd. (SEHK: 8188) and make the latter resume trading on the Hong Kong bourse before this yearend.

About one year and a half ago, Xindadi Automobile spent CNY 200 million or so acquiring the Hong Kong-listed peer and some core assets of Jiangsu Mudan Automobile Group, and then it actively integrated the downstream automobile industry chain.
