* Tokyo replaced London's West End as the world's most expensive office market after tenant demand sank in the U.K. capital, CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. said.

Office space in Tokyo now costs about $184 a square foot, outstripping the $173 a square foot being paid by tenants in London's main entertainment district, the commercial real estate broker said Wednesday in a statement.

Moscow was the third most expensive market at $170 per square foot as of March 31. Hong Kong ranked fourth at $150 a foot. Dubai, Paris and Dublin were included in the top 10 ...
