KUALA LUMPUR: Liau Zhen Yi, who loves a good mystery, emerged tops in the RHB New Straits Times Spell-It-Right (SIR) challenge primary-level competition for Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
The secret behind the success of the 12-year-old, who loves Nancy Drew novels, was crystal clear to the audience at the Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall.
Liau clinched the top prize, besting Tan Wei Seng of SK (L) Methodist who took second place and RM800.
