NETWORK telecommunications provider V Telecoms Bhd will look to list next year on either Bursa Malaysia or the London Stock Exchange, as it seeks to expand its business and gain more market visibility.
The company, previously known as Paneagle Communications Sdn Bhd, will carry out a pre-listing fund-raising exercise next month to increase its capital from RM105 million to RM150 million.
