Spo: It's a piece of cake says great granny of the Games

BRISBANE, July 1 AAP - The food of champions is sponge cake with lashings of cream,
at least for great grandmother Ruth Frith.
Ruth, who turns 100 in August, will be the oldest competitor at the World Masters Games
in Sydney this October.
The great grandmother of 11 is still competing at an age most people will die 20 years
short of, but says only boredom - not debilitation - will ever stop her.
"I've always said once training's a bore, I'll give it up. But it's not a bore yet," she said.
