Fed: Jack and Mia top names lists

ADELAIDE, July 3 AAP - Jack and Mia are the most popular baby names in Australia.

Jack topped the boys' list, followed by William and Lachlan; with Mia ahead of Chloe
and Isabella in the popularity stakes for girls.

Jack has been the most popular name seven times in the past nine years - and the past
five years in a row, according to McCrindle Research, which released the 2008 baby names
list.
