on Insular Affairs, Oceans and Wildlife July 8, 2009 Good morning Chairwoman
Bordallo and members of the Subcommittee. My name is Peyton Robertson,
and I am the Director of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
(NOAA) Chesapeake Bay Office. Thank you for the opportunity to provide
testimony describing the current activities of the NOAA Chesapeake Bay
Office, as well as provide the Administration`s views on H.R. 1771, which
