UKM centre to churn out more postgrads

THE Centre of Graduate Management (PPS) in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia has set a target of 15,000 postgraduate students by 2015.
It is a challenging task for PPS as the centre will also need to reduce the number of undergraduates as well.
"We have to double the figure in the next six years," said PPS director Prof Datuk Dr Laily Din. "To get 2,000 students per year is not an easy task. We also have to reduce the number of undergraduates."
There are now about 8,000 postgraduate students and 16,500 undergraduates.
