THE Malaysian Chamber of Mines has called on the government to provide fresh catalysts to promote and develop the country's mineral resources sector, which has potential reserves worth more than RM174 billion.
"Malaysia has mined tin over the past 100 years, but when we mine today, we are already thinking of post-closure mining," its president Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Ajib Anuar said.
