Importance of Space, Witnesses Tell Members July 16, 2009 (Washington,
DC) - Today, the fortieth anniversary of the launch of the Apollo 11 mission
to the Moon, the House Committee on Science and Technology`s Subcommittee
on Space and Aeronautics held a hearing on ways to enhance the relevance
of space to address national needs and to better communicate its importance
