CSIC Wind Power Arm Pursuing IPO

CHONGQING, Jul 21, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- CSIC (Chongqing) Haizhuang Windpower Equipment Co., Ltd. (CSICHWE), an advanced technological industrial company specialized in the development and manufacturing of large-sized wind power equipment and related main components, is pursuing an initial public offering in China.

The company has got the green light from the board of directors to carry out its IPO. By now the Chongqing Energy Investment Group has agreed to buy a stake in CSIC (Chongqing) Haizhuang Windpower Equipment.
