Committee on House Veterans Affairs July 29, 2009 Good morning Chairman
Filner and Ranking Member Buyer. My name is Charlie Huebner and I am the
Chief of Paralympics for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC). I
appreciate the opportunity to testify. First of all, I would like to thank
the two of you for your leadership in making the VA Paralympic Adaptive
Sports Program a reality in 2008, and for the amendment ensuring that your
