Starters is a first look at recently opened restaurants. It is meant to be a descriptive glimpse, not a critical review.

It might show Polish movies on the TVs, have a Polish-born owner, cater to Polish-American customers and operate in a town with a large Polish-speaking population, but Wallington's new Cougar Bar & Restaurant is trying something different. Chef Martin Sobczak is introducing some decidedly non-Polish fare.
