A landmark Portland office building is changing ownership in a transaction said to be the state's largest investment deal so far this year.

The 10-story tower at 465 Congress St. was sold to L.E. Springer Inc., a wholly owned holding of Bangor real estate investor Lawrence E. Springer.
The selling price was $12 million, according to the buyer.
