Fitch Rates New Braunfels, Texas $9.5MM Series 2009 COs 'AA-'

Fitch Ratings assigns an 'AA-' rating to the City of New Braunfels, Texas' (the city) $9.5 million combination tax and limited pledge revenue certificates of obligation (COs), series 2009.

In addition, Fitch affirms its 'AA-' rating to the city's $10.5 million in general obligation (GO) bonds and $59 million in COs outstanding. The new COs are scheduled to sell on July 27th via a negotiated offering. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
