China Agri-Industries Said to Buy Shanghai Rongs Biotech

SHANGHAI, Aug 06, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Sources said that China Agri-Industries Holdings Ltd. (SEHK: 0606), a listed subsidiary of COFCO Limited, would take over an amylase and food additives producer, Shanghai Rongs Biotech Co., Ltd.
