BNP Paribas Fortis-held A-shares' Market Value to CNY520mn

SHANGHAI, Aug 06, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- BNP Paribas Fortis took an most optimistic outlook on the Chinese A-share market, becoming top 10 negotiable shareholders of six listed companies on the Chinese A-share market, worth as much as CNY 520 million by market value, by the end of June 2009.

BNP Paribas Fortis holds shares in Jiangsu Jianghuai Engine Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000816), Lingyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600231), Citychamp Dartong Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600067), with market value of CNY 165 million, CNY 121 million, and CNY 109 million, respectively.
