Council of Governments Committee on House Small Business Subcommittee on
Finance and Tax August 4, 2009 Mid Willamette Valley Council of Government
is pleased to provide a statement to the House of Representatives Subcommittee
on Finance and Taxation about our proposals to improve access to capital
by small businesses. The Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments is
a voluntary association of local governments in Marion, Polk and Yamhill
