China Rolls out Self-developed Wind Power Converters

HARBIN, Aug 18, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- The first batch of self-developed MW-level wind power converters lately rolled off the production lines of Harbin Jiuzhou Electric Stock Co., Ltd., one of China's electric and electrical equipment producers, and the test platform started operation.

By now, Jiuzhou Electric has delivered three MW-level wind power converters to three companies located in Harbin, Daqing, and Shenyang, northeast China, and another tens of such products will be delivered for utilization in succession.
