PERLIS know they must avoid complacency at all costs when they start their Malaysia Cup campaign on Sept 26.

Perlis are determined to make up for their flop in the Super League by emerging top from their group, which also includes KL Plus, Pahang and Malacca.
The team from the north were doing well in the Super League before a sudden downturn in the later stages saw them finish runners- up to Selangor.
