For several months last winter, it seemed the Lewiston Maineiacs would relocate to Canada.
On Tuesday, however, the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League team launched its seventh season in Maine as players reported for training camp.
The team's front office has been restructured and the franchise has adopted a three-year business plan that includes more community outreach.
