WUHAN, Aug 25, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- The reorganization of East Star Airlines Co., Ltd., a private airway based in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, central China, finally takes a turn for the better.
The Hubei Supreme People's Court decides to cancel a ruling made by the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court to not handle the reorganization application filed by ChinaEquity Group Inc.
Previously, the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court refuted a similar application submitted by eight companies including China National Aviation Fuel Holding Company (CNAF).
