Fitch Upgrades Westerville, Ohio's GO Bonds to 'AAA'

In the course of routine surveillance, Fitch Ratings upgraded its ratings on Westerville, Ohio's (the city) approximately $5.5 million in outstanding general obligation (GO) limited tax, series 1998, 1999, 2003A and 2004 and $2.1 million in outstanding general obligation unlimited tax bonds, series 2003B, to 'AAA' from 'AA+'.

The Rating Outlook is revised to Stable from Positive.
