Fitch Affirms Howell Township, Michigan LTGOs 'A'; Outlook to Stable

In the course of routine surveillance, Fitch Ratings has affirmed the 'A' rating on Howell Township, Michigan's approximately $27.4 million outstanding limited tax general obligation bonds (LTGOs) and revised the Rating Outlook to Stable from Positive.

The Outlook revision to Stable reflects the deterioration in the regional economy, contractions in the housing market that have manifested into declines in taxable value (TV) and a decline in tax collections.
