Fed: Gillard new opposition target as parliament resumes

CANBERRA, Sept 6 AAP - Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard could be in for a torrid
week in her new role as key target for the federal opposition when hostilities resume
in parliament on Monday.
The opposition will increase pressure on the government over rising debt due to the
billions of dollars of economic stimulus spending, especially on school building projects
around the nation.
Education spokesman Christopher Pyne will also be fired up over Australian Electoral
Commission (AEC) advice to the government last week that its signs outside primary ...
