THE two Naza Group brothers and their partners have raised their offer for the rest of Kumpulan Jetson Bhd by 30 per cent, an indication that they want control of the construction and manufacturing group.

So far, they have bought a third of Kumpulan Jetson for RM12.3 million and they will have to make a mandatory general offer (MGO).
They are now willing to pay RM1 per share from 70 sen before and 93 sen per loan stock from 65 sen previously. The offer of one sen per warrant stays.
