Dayang buys two fifths of Borcos for RM132m

OIL and gas service specialist Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd is splashing RM132 million for two fifths of Syarikat Borcos Shipping Sdn Bhd, said to be the country's second largest provider of offshore support vessels (OSVs).

Dayang also will bid for four to eight contracts worth some RM2 billion from now till next year from oil majors operating in the country, its senior executives said.
The company's current order book stands at RM700 million that will last it until 2012. It has so far completed jobs worth RM1.2 ...
