Farms, Inc. Committee on House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Insular
Affairs, Oceans and Wildlife September 9, 2009 Chairwoman Bordallo and
Members of the Subcommittee: Thank you for the opportunity to testify today.
I am speaking here as the founding President of the Ocean Stewards Institute,
and as the co-Founder and CEO of Kona Blue Water Farms, Inc., - one of
the world`s leading open ocean mariculture companies, and one of the two
