Mobius Microsystems Founder Honored by University of Illinois

Mobius Microsystems, a semiconductor start-up headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA, announced that the company's chief technical officer and founder, Dr. Michael S. McCorquodale, will be presented the ECE (Electrical and Computer Engineering Department) Young Alumni Achievement Award by the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign.

While an undergraduate there, Dr. McCorquodale was a James Scholar, a member of the Eta Kappa Nu honor society, and earned the B.S.E.E. degree with honors in 1997. The award ceremony will take place on Friday, September 11th, at the Illini Union in Urbana, IL.
