IJM Land Bhd is targeting to launch a RM108 million sea-fronting commercial development in Bandar Sri Pinang, Penang, before the end of the year.

The mixed development project named Maritime Square, to be built on 2.79 acres of 99-year leasehold land, will consist of 228 serviced suites in two blocks of 18- and 20-storey highrises, 49 shops and 38 offices.
Suites will have built-ups ranging from 305sq ft to 368sq ft (mezzanine floor) and 614sq ft to 898sq ft (typical floor); shops on levels 1 to 3 will have built-up areas ranging between 527sq ft ...
