Digital Angel's McMurdo Unit Secures Order from Australia's AMI Sales

Digital Angel, an advanced technology company in the field of animal identification and emergency identification solutions, announced that its McMurdo unit has received an order worth GBP824,000 (approximately $1.35 million at current exchange rates) from its Australian distributor AMI Sales, for the supply of a new 406 MHz EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon), the SmartFind A5.

Digital Angel said this represents the largest order that McMurdo has ever received for EPIRBs. The order coincides with the launch of the new SmartFind A5 in Australia by AMI.
