Statement of Timothy H. Profeta Director, Nicholas Institute For Environmental
Policy Solutions Duke University Committee on Senate Agriculture, Nutrition
and Forestry September 9, 2009 Chairman Harkin, Senator Chambliss, and
members of the committee, thank you for the opportunity to testify before
the Committee today. It is an honor to be here. Four years ago, I left
Washington to found the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions
