Even as economies around the world recover from the collapse of the U.S. housing bubble, economists worry that new bubbles are likely to froth over in the next few years.
This time is different.
That is what people argue every time a bubble inflates and think every time they are chastened by its popping. But year after year, decade after decade, century after century, human beings irrationally exuberate all over again.
