Attempt to retrieve prom dress leads to man's stabbing

CLIFTON A dispute over a prom dress led to a stabbing inside a Botany Village house, police said.
Authorities are searching for a 20-year-old man from Passaic they think is responsible for the attack.
Detective Capt. Robert Rowan gave this account:
At 10:13 p.m. Friday, Shardae Ramos, 18, and her brother, Jose Rodriguez, 20, arrived at the Highland Avenue house where she'd rented a room in the basement. Ramos had recently moved out of the room and had inadvertently left her prom dress ...
