Khazanah may trim stakes in 3 firms

PHARMANIAGA Bhd, UEM Land Holdings Bhd and Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd are likely to be the next candidates in which Khazanah Nasional Bhd will trim its stakes, OSK Research said.
These are the three companies in which Khazanah, the government's investment arm, has a high ownership level, whose share prices are not significantly below investment cost, and which have a stable financial footing.
"Based on these criteria, we feel that (the three companies) are the likely candidates for more share placements," OSK said in a research report yesterday.
