Baring Private Equity Asia Arm Invests in Chinese CAE Firm

BEIJING, Sep 17, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- PERA Global lately won an investment of USD 42 million from a subsidiary of PE investor Baring Private Equity Asia, according to the Chinese Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) solution provider.

PERA Global originally served as the China-based office of the engineering simulation software and service giant Ansys Inc. (NASDAQ: ANSS), but was separated from the US company in 2003.
