Sime Darby, KPMG start mangrove replanting project on Carey Island

SIME Darby Plantations Sdn Bhd and KPMG Malaysia are collaborating in a mangrove replanting project on Carey Island in Selangor.
KPMG, an accounting giant, has contributed RM50,000 for the project as part of its corporate social responsibility initiative.
Sime Darby Plantations managing director Datuk Azhar Abdul Hamid said the contribution would go towards the construction of a 60m- long geo-tube and gabions structure.
