NEW YORK Robinson Cano had never before hit a game-winning homer in the big leagues, but he knew just what to do.
After posing for a moment following his 10th-inning swing, Cano slapped hands with teammates pouring out of the Yankee Stadium home dugout before he even reached first base, then flung his helmet to the rainy skies as he neared home plate.
"I think half the team was out of the dugout already," Nick Swisher said. "That ball was destroyed."
