Capital Integration Scheme Made for Angang & Pangang
ANSHAN, Sep 23, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- A great progress was recently made in the regroup between the Chinese steelmaker Panzhihua Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. (Pangang Group) and its domestic peer Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corp. (Angang Group), and a capital integration scheme was preliminarily made, said sources.
Both sides are expected to achieve the capital connection at the 2009-end or at the beginning of next year, they added. The Pangang Group General Manager Zhang Xiaogang told journalists that the two group were reshuffling themselves in the capital market.
