SAIC Relocates Corporate HQ to Fairfax County

Virginia Governor Timothy Kaine announced that Science Applications International, a Fortune 500 scientific, engineering and technology applications company, has relocated its corporate headquarters to Fairfax County, Va. from San Diego.

The governor announced that SAIC will invest $25 million and create 1,200 new jobs in Virginia over the next three years, with many of those jobs being created in northern Virginia.
SAIC said it is the seventh Fortune 500 Company based in the county and it's the third corporation to relocate headquarters to Fairfax County, Va. from California within the last two years, ...
