SA: 'Meatheads on motorbikes' claim legal victory

ADELAIDE, Sept 25 AAP - The "meatheads on motorbikes" have escaped the clutch of the law - again.
But the South Australian government has vowed to win the war after losing a legal battle
to the notorious Finks motorcycle club on Friday.
Sections of SA's anti-bikie laws were ruled invalid by the Supreme Court.
This was the law trumpeted by the SA government as a "world-first" bikie-beater, one
that would dismantle outlaw motorcycle gangs.
SA Premier Mike Rann urged the nation to adopt the law, describing bikers as "terrorists"
and "meatheads on motorbikes".
