STEELE: Good morning, everyone. Thank you so much for joining
us this morning.
I will have just a quick comment or two, and then we'll be happy
to throw it open for some questions.
I think that as we -- we get into the fall season here, we really
have a chance to, kind of, look back over the past summer and spring.
And my assessment of where we are at this point is I've watched
