Blackmagic Design announced Blackmagic UltraScope as the recipient of the 2009 Broadcast Engineering's IBC Pick Hit Award.

Blackmagic stated that UltraScope is the world's first PC based waveform monitor with features designed for creative professionals that include both SDI and optical fiber SDI inputs.
