Crik: Ferguson relishing national chance

JOHANNESBURG, Oct 3 AAP - Australia's Callum Ferguson is proof of what hope can mean
for young batsmen around the country.
Ferguson has made the most of his chances in the national one-day side since last summer,
and is set to play the biggest game of his international career, against New Zealand in
Monday's Champions Trophy final in Centurion.
At 24 he has begun to feel comfortable in the Australian side given his contributions,
and felt his rise would breed confidence among his peers in state cricket heading into
a new domestic season.
