SINGAPORE: Asia-Pacific nations are expected to endorse a World Bank index measuring the ease of doing business at the Apec meeting, to help spur their economies that have been hit hard by a global recession.
The 21 economies of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) group will use five main indicators under the index, which includes areas like the ease of starting a business and getting credit.
