China Aviation to Buy into Chang'an Auto

BEIJING, Nov 10, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) will take a stake in China Chang'an Automobile Group through the injection of its affiliated automobile assets, disclosed an insider of AVIC Automobile Industry Company.

That is to say, Chang'an Auto will be integrated with Harbin HF Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Changhe Auto Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600372), and Harbin Dong'an Auto Engine Co., Ltd.
